Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's warm and friendly service, with many highlighting the kindness of the owners and staff. The location was appreciated for its proximity to attractions and tranquil surroundings, though some noted it could be a bit far from the station or dark at night. The atmosphere was described as relaxing and surrounded by nature, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness received positive remarks, especially for the onsen and shared areas. However, several guests found the shared bathrooms and lack of in-room facilities inconvenient. Overall, the positives of service, atmosphere, and cleanliness outweighed the negatives for most guests.
