Great for visitors who want to take a break from their outdoor activities, Zermatt's main street, Bahnhofstrasse offers boutique shops, hotels and restaurants. And for visitors coming off the mountain for a bite to eat and a stiff drink, Zermatt also offers a fabulous après-ski scene. Visiting Zermatt for more than just food and shopping? There are public outdoor ice rinks for curling and skating.

At Hotel Parnass, all guest rooms offer free WiFi, a large cable TV, a safe for storing money and precious belongings, as well as room service and a choice of breakfast or half-board. Guests can choose between various room layouts: the king size south, the twin south, the twin west, the single west, the king size north, the triple star north, the larger single north and the the single north. The king size south boasts two twin-sized beds, a spacious layout, full bathroom and a south-facing balcony with awe-inspiring views of Matterhorn peak, while the king-sized north room features those same amenities, minus the balcony and view. The twin south room offers twin-sized beds, a full bathroom with tub and gorgeous views of Matterhorn. The triple star north layout boasts a spacious three-bed layout, complete with a tub, shower and toilet. This room is situated on the 4th floor and faces north without a balcony into the beautiful valley below. The single rooms are spacious with a modest bed and they may or may not be facing Matterhorn, depending on their direction.
