Cons: aren't all the passengers on the flight same? how come economy passengers denied Biryani, while premium and Business class gets it?

Cons: The flight was very late, the airline did nothing for the time we were waiting

Pros: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Cons: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Pros: The seat were nice & the staff more helpful than before

Cons: Food can be better Entertainment is not good at all, you are starting it after take off, which might take an hour, and closing it an hour before landing Which is something not nice at all

Cons: Plane was late causing all kinds of commotion at the airport where to catch a transfer we were put on a bus for over 20min at 31deg weather with small kids. Not allowed to go to bathroom, it was terrible

Cons: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Cons: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Cons: Legroom is very cramped, entertainment options are limited. After one 10-hour flight, you've seen everything you wanted to, so the return flight is a bummer

Pros: The help desk employees who helped me rebook my flight.

Cons: After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!

Cons: The battery for my electric wheelchair was seized in China for being over regulation (despite the fact that it was not). No accommodation was provided. AirChina put me on the plane after inspecting the battery. I would discourage any disabled passengers from traveling through China)
