Expo Hotel Barcelona

Because it's usually what I want and expect

Location in immediate proximity to the central rail station with direct service to the airport blesses any enterprise. The desk is covered 24 hours and a taxi to the airport if necessary is not too expensive. Rooms are clean. Beds are firm. Staff is friendly. Prices are modest. What's not to like? Catching a flight needs no surprises.

I really liked the staff; the were very accommodating. The room was very clean. Excellent location.

The food, at least breakfast was not very good. Bacon was not drained. The fruit was not very fresh......

Expo Hotel Barcelona is a 4star totally "purse friendly" hotel very close to the Barcelona Sants central railway station. The hotel is easly joinable on feet (less than 5 min walk) and is startegically placed between two subway stations (Barcelona Sants and Tarragona). It is very clean and confortable and rooms are very well equipped. You will receive your own bathrobe and slippers. The building itself may not be very stylish but all considered it is a very good choice for a short stay in Barcelona.
