The hotel was very well situated (just 10 minute walk from the marina) and was excellent value for money. It was also very comfortable and clean.

Views of the hotels, Modern hotel. All the staff is well organised and friendly, yet discreet.

Free breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was clean. The decor was really good. Also, it was easy to spot the hotel driving because the design was different from the rest of the buildings in Funchal. Overall a great hotel.
Free wifi worked well within the limited area of the lobby and pool deck. However, the constant need (every 30 minutes or so) to log-in with both username and password of "guest" on my portable device was frustrating at times, and, in my opinion, served very little purpose. But, it was free... so can't really complain too much, right?
