Pros (+) The first concierge lady I met was very pleasant but she was the only one! One room booked was really nice. The other had a good view, but had musky mold scent. The beds are very comfortable!
Cons (-) Again, the room I was in had a mold scent and shower leaked through the door. The free breakfast choice wasn't even good yet they were very strict on checking in for breakfast. I had already paid in full for 2 rooms and 2 persons in each room with FREE Breakfast but they stopped us and rudely asked us to reconfirm. Pros (+) The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there 4 nights. It is clean and tidy, new, with outstanding and helpful staff. It is well located on the fringe of the CBD, in a quiet area. The inclusive breakfast was excellent with a la carte as well as buffet.
