Very friendly customer service. Only issue is the location was a bit out of the way for us. But for a good price and good service, willing to go the distance!
They canceled the booking, and never refunded, kayak, priceli6, and sixt don't care for my problem!!!! Such a fraud and scam, i lost my money
I selected a car to hold 7 passengers and 5 bags. The car provided could hold 7 passengers with not even 1 carry on bag
It was the worst experience renting a car. First, the advertised price is a scam anfter adding insurance, the price doubles. I booked a standard car, only to discover that it is a Chinese car, which I do not prefer to drive, and there are no other options. Third, the down payment amount which is 2000 AED which is the highest among the companies. Especially since the car is not a luxury class. Fourthly, and most importantly, they refused to hand me the car because the credit card is in my wife’s name, despite me entering the PIN and using the same card to rent a car from them previously, and they told we will cancel the booking for free and refund your money which didn’t happen till now, they cost me 120 AED to take a taxi back and forth.

Very bad I'm not take a Car tell now , and I need refund my money the office in air port telling me he send email to refund and I will wait tell any one contact me or tell me what after , 4 day no answers
