Pros: It is a good hotel in general. Restaurant is nice and near from convention center. Just one difficulty may be the narrowness of the corridor. It is impossible to improve. I feel it is lower four star. Thank you.

Pros: The first hotel room was a budget booking and really quite poor - not very pleasant and right on the lane with a disco blaring. Rang reception and advised we needed sleep and to change rooms and ultimately got a room away from the noise and was quite satified with the quality (was upgraded thankfully) and cleanliness. The staff was extremely helpful in accomodating our request.
