The restaurant and bar were closed for lunch and dinner the entire thanksgiving week. The closures weren’t noted on the hotel’s website and I only learned about it when I overheard the desk clerk explain it to another disappointed guest. Fortunately the hotel is in a neighborhood with a lot of dining options within walking distance but advance notice would have been nice.

Pros (+) Location right by the Metro and by the King Street Trolley is excellent. Starbucks in the lobby for the morning start and the King Street Tavern for an excellent meal in the evening. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Pros (+) Our package included parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi. We have stayed here probably 8 years in a row for an annual visit to Washington. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedding. The breakfast was a buffet and had a great variety of items. The Starbucks in the lobby is convenient. We had not received housekeeping services that day. When I spoke to a housekeeper, she told me we were listed as checked out on her sheet.
