Antwerp hotels near Modemuseum

Cons: Website states there is parking available, which there isn't. Not only that, but the check in staff was unable to provide parking suggestions. The website mentions a bar/terrace. There is no bar or restaurant. Finally, due to extensive construction, the is no vehicle access to the hotel. I had to park illegally about 300 m away in order to walk to hotel where they failed to provide parking suggestions. In the end I found a parking lot about 500m away under the cinema for 20 euro per day. Note that the website also mentioned a pick up/drop off area. Its definitely time for the website to be updated.

Cons: Not organized with the beds.. So 2am this drunk guy came and clamed I was sleeping in his bed.. That started an argument and waking up the other ppl in the room.

Cons: staff were ok, but everything else was run down, smelly, old, maybe it was the room I was in. Wi-Fi was chargeable, breakfast was chargeable, no complimentary drinking water in the room.

Cons: The outside ring road was a little bit noisy inside dutiny night.

Cons: Reservation was for a "king" room - that was not available upon check in we were told - they only had "queen" available Why make a reservation when they cannot provide what is reserved?

Cons: They didnt respect your reservation and tell us they dont have rooms even we get confirmation from kayak

Cons: Breakfast was too expensive, so I didn't try.

Cons: Staff kept asking for a voucher. I sent them the confirmation email and eventually that satisfied them.

Cons: no AC in the room, which made sleeping uncomfortable as extremely hot . The weather of course cannot be controlled by the hotel.

Cons: Receptionist never smiled, welcomed us or even made eye contact - both on check in and check out. Were given two single beds - asked for a double and told this wasn't possible.

Cons: Free wifi is very poor when the hotel is full - it didn't work at all on weekends.
