Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and convenient location. Many found the staff friendly and the breakfast decent, though some wanted more variety. However, several reviews mention issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, problems with check-in, and lack of room service. There are also complaints about extra charges for parking, noise levels, and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, while the hotel is appreciated for its comfort and cleanliness, improvements in service and amenities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
