The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, and the Air-conditioning was cold. The breakfast buffet was great, had a good variety, different options every day, and my favorite was the Noodle Station. It was a close walking distance to the Terminal 21 mall and several good restaurants. I look forward to staying there again.
Late night/early morning in-room massage services would be nice, especially for those flights that arrive around midnight. A Took Took shuttle service would be nice also, but those are just suggestions, It was a great stay there, and I look forward to staying there again.
My girlfriend and I had a great time at Dream. The staff was all very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was great! Really good value for the money. Close to modern hospital where we got our travelers vaccinces.

Breakfast is very nice (including a self serve Bloody Mary station for "those mornings ;) The rooftop pool is great for a dip, the guys opening the doors and stopping traffic for you to cross the street, and, of course the rooms are very comfortable.
The TV control thingy is a little odd but not a real problem

Icing on the cake to a wonderful vacation
The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location was central to so many places I visited. As an added bonus Club Climax was downstairs which just made the hotel that much better.

Room was perfect, staff was very nice, morning buffet and restaurant staff were wonderful. Bed was good, wifi had constant connection, was walk to Terminal 21 mall, good restaurants nearby, the Smile massage shop half a block down the street is one of the best in town, easy taxi service. All in all an upscale very nice place to stay.

The free breakfast was great! Internet connection was very good. Very close to the BTS train so that was great. Lots to eat/drink nearby They sent me a piece of cake on my birthday. That was a nice surprise. Housekeepers were nice and courteous. If you didn't request your room cleaned, they'd call and ask if you needed it cleaned or needed anything.
We got in at 6am and couldn't check in early. I saw reviews where people did and I was hoping to do the same. The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.
Extremely rude staff, and still fighting for my refund that was supposed to be 984$ of which i received $500 only. In my eyes it is a theft. If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account.
