Pros: I missed my luggage! In Singapore. I flew from Omaha all the way to Singapore. I had to deal with my missing luggage while I was waiting for our connection flight to Denpasar. Right now I don’t have clothes and I still wait for my luggage. I am very disappointed. I should scuba diving today.

Cons: No immigration documents were passed out on the flight from Singapore to BKK causing a bottleneck on arrival. Only one Thai Lion rep. processing entries and passing out docs. Very slow, jepordizing an onward connecting flight.

Cons: Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers.

Cons: It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before.

Cons: Everything else. It is a budget airlines. Don Muang airport is awful compared to BKK. Lines are so long for everything. Even getting food has long lines in hot conditions. It really is necessary to get to the airport a long time in advance. For frequent travelers this is not good.

Cons: Checkin at the SIN airport is dysfunctional. Especially for the hub city of Singapore. Go various places and to pay for a bag the only had one person at the service desk. There was a long line of people going to various places with various issues and they only staffed the service desk with one person. Consitently that person has always been rude and non emotional. JetStar either needs to replace those staff are double if not triple the help at the service desk.

Cons: Can't believe I paid $4 for a bottle of water after buying a ticket, paying extra for checked bags, and had to sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting to take off.

Cons: It's a budget airline so you get what you pay for. Only a 1hr plus flight so it's OK. The crew were all pleasant and professional.

No way to pay fixed bag costs, friend booked bag online for much cheaper and for 20kg, in person they charged me $60 for 15kg. The seats were super small and uncomfortable, no drinks were served, not even water was served.
