Pros (+) The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The executive area on the 32nd floor featured fantastic breakfast and afternoon-to-early-evening food and drink options. Blunos is a fantastic restaurant with fabulous food and amazing staff. Eastin Grand Hotel is a world-class superb hotel!

Pros (+) I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel ...

Pros (+) Excellent service with a new Top Chef restaurant. Met the chef who was personable. Ate in his restaurant twice since we loved the food that much. Great atmosphere at the infinity pool.
Cons (-) Hotel location is the pits for walking, but great for taking the Metro. It’s isolated and traffic is so bad trying to leave the hotel. So plan ahead and to expect your driver for tours or whatever to be late due to the traffic.
