Dennis, Nov 2024
Amazing good hotel, we booked a luxury room including lounge access. Rooms are spacious and good designed. The hotel is convenient located at Sathorn, close to Silom. Easy and direct access with the BTS skytrain station Surasak, from BKK airport to the hotel with the train system about 50 min. The hotel has a direct connection with a sky bridge with the train station. The pool on the 14th floor ha...

Pros (+) I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel ...
Cons (-) Nothing.

Pros (+) Excellent service with a new Top Chef restaurant. Met the chef who was personable. Ate in his restaurant twice since we loved the food that much. Great atmosphere at the infinity pool.
Cons (-) Hotel location is the pits for walking, but great for taking the Metro. It’s isolated and traffic is so bad trying to leave the hotel. So plan ahead and to expect your driver for tours or whatever to be late due to the traffic.
