Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel for its excellent location, especially its proximity to the mall and city center, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the pool, which is described as spacious and enjoyable for families. Some guests mention that the rooms are large and clean. However, there are several complaints about value for price, with some guests feeling that the facilities and amenities do not always match the cost. Issues with bathroom cleanliness and slow check-in are also noted, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
