The picture in the website don’t reflect the reality, it’s very big difference between picture and reality. The parking entrance it’s very, very narrow you barely enter
The staff was great and helpful, we even got a upgrade to a penthouse room with a nice view. The room is also nice and clean. Food didn't look that good but it tasted amazing. I would actually give this hotel 9.5 or more.
The only downsides were the air conditioning, it was facing directly on the bed and it was hard to sleep with it on, and the beds were way too soft for my back( but to be honest all of them are the same in similar hotels) , but all in all I would rate it a full 9/10. It is the best 4 star hotel we stayed in Barcelona.
The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful. We were there before the virus, so they helped to find good markets and places to go during this time! Thank you
Minibar was almost empty.
Loved the shower, the spa, the room with the terrace access and the view of the breakfast
Wasn’t much to do except for the spa and pool
The hotel has vending machine and cash machine at the lobby. We got good customer service from the staff, they were friendly and ready to accommodate our requests. We were able to leave our luggage the day we checked out ,so we could finish our tour without the hassle of carrying suitcases around. The breakfast buffet was worth it, had a variety of eggs, pastries, instant pancake maker, juices and hot drinks. The spa was nice but small so is the pool which is unusable during winter months the water is cold. The location was excellent close to Glories, Sagrada familia and just few stops away from the tourist attraction. Metro station around the corner from hotel.
The hotel is very basic. The bathroom is outdated, the double room is very small, no kettle, no robes / slippers, no ironing facilities in the room but you can request for one. One small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable, pillows are small and thin. It doesn't feel like your sleeping in a hotel bed because you leave with neck cramp and backache. You have to pay €10 to use the spa and gym for 2hrs, to use the facilities you have to book in advance, the spa is small and overcrowded.
