Paul at the reception at night was a true and absolute legend !!! Thank you for everything!!!
I think the staff did a very good job in managing our stay given the need for social distancing. They were all very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was served as a takeaway package. I think there could have been more done to allow dining for cooked breakfasts given the low number of people staying and still complying with the guidelines
Beauriful clean room. Take away fish and chip meal terrible
Can understand during all this Corona virus things change. But when told we can send breakfast to your room for extra 6 quid and turns out to be a banana, yogurt, croissants and a small drink. It just doesn't seem worth it
large, comfortable modern rooms. hotel is located near city center and public transportation.
service at this hotel is horrible. my bathroom light was flickering really bad, making it very difficult to see and I went to the front desk multiple times but they never sent anyone to fix it. superfluous security making it impossible to enter the hotel.
