Pros: The hotel is very well placed just in front of the ocean and very close to the centre of Biarritz. You just have a street to cross to be on the main beach. The room is comfortable and I loved its design. Nice view on the ocean (room on the ocean side) and if you closed the windows, absolutely quiet, otherwise the noise of the ocean.

The decor was very nice indeed and the staff were always helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We also ate in the restaurant and whilst expensive, both the food and service were outstanding. Pros: My partner and I stayed for 1 night in this hotel - We loved it and the staff were very helpfull & had good English also!There are lots of Tapas and Wine Bars nearby and the market is less than 5 mins away!Also the staff recomended an excellent restaurant nearby... which was filled with locals!This is a great hotel - We paid extra for the large balcony whuch was lovely... and it was nice to sit out and have our breakfast in the morning sun!I would deffo stay here again!

It was our first time in Biarritz and we had time to see the city and drink a few beers by the sea front.We had dinner in the hotel which was very good. Normallt we would eat out but we were not impressed with the restaurants in Biarritz.

Pros: The tranquility & peacefullness of the setting, overlooking the Lake with it's own active wildlife; ideal 'escape' from the bussle of Biarritz and St Jean de Lux. The comfort & quality of the Hotel , embracing the friendliness of the staff and quality of the Cuisine.Arriving after lunch , the Staff provided cold plates of ham & cheese, which , with local Vin Blanc was very welcome after a 3 hour drive!
