Worst Hilton I have stayed in, the room was of terrible standard with spider webs, broken furniture dirty bedding and bathroom. the soap tray in the bathroom was also broken with metal rods sticking out, asked for a high floor room with a nice view and received confirmation that this had been accepted, upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor with horrible views of the messy back of the hotel, breakfast is also advertised wrong in the rooms and we were refused entry despite already paying for breakfast and seeing guests still helping themselves to the buffet, when speaking to the restaurant supervisor she a agreed to let us eat as long as we were quick and had one plate! Hilton refuses to refund any booking made from third party websites.
Have stayed here before and it is in a great location for all that I needed Breakfast was great and times that suited us
it was all good
Very comfortable rooms, excellent beds, very quiet, very good breakfast, free water and fancy expresso machines in the room, plenty of parking - a lot to like here. Always like the warm cookie on arrival too!
No complaints except that its quite expensive when you consider the alternatives.
Loved the warm cookie on arrival, bed was really comfy too
Excellent location walking distance to the city centre, staff are very helpful and polite.
The hotel looks like a repurposed office building and there is some damp on the first floor that smells musty. The car park and grounds are rather shabby in parts.
