The staff and owners were frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was another highlight for many guests. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it satisfactory and others disappointed by the selection or price, the overall experience was positive. Some guests mentioned that room sizes could be small or cramped, but this did not significantly detract from their stay.
