Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Only the noice from street was heard.
Room was beautiful. Corner room had floor to ceiling windows view were spectacular
It is in the oldest part of the city rich in history.
Most of the staff was excellent with the exception of one individual who was not helpful. The rest of the staff did their best to take up the slack. The breakfasts were just ok and brewed coffee was not drinkable. Good news is they had expresso and other specialty coffees included in their breakfast and those were great.
Location was perfect! So close to everything! Room was clean, spacious with a nice big shower. View wasn’t the greatest but we weren’t in the room a lot. Was a bit noisy even if room was on side street as Avenida Mayo is a big street with tons of traffic. Breakfast was a buffet...always same selections every day...but that was ok. Only negative ...staff was not pleasant ...no greetings, no smiles...and we spoke Spanish. Didn’t feel very welcoming at all. We were there during COVID-19 crisis...and we were basically kicked out of country and staff had left a letter that we had 24 hours to leave the country....however no offer to help was provided. Once we checked out, the receptionist called government to provide our names.
Not much...gym wasn’t as large as we had imagined. Staff was not pleasant at all
While we were there under difficult circumstances ( just before Argentina closed the borders) the staff did their best to help us make decisions regarding our plans.
There wasn't anything to complain about. We had trouble understanding what was going on during the Covid 19 scare but that was because we couldn't understand Spanish.
