Pros: The care was in very good condition and fun to drive.
Cons: The check-out process was a bit slow. I am beginning to realize this is standard for the entire car rental industry. It would be nice to get some more help behind the check-out counters.

Pros: When I got to the counter the associate was very friendly, even found me a better deal and put me in a way nicer car.

Avis is Great!
Pros: I reserved a Tahoe and when I arrived the paperwork was all ready. I was given a nice Ford Expedition which was roomy, quiet and comfortable. The young lady at the counter was efficient, pleasant, professional and thorough. She walked through ann examination of the vehicle with me to check existing damage and gave me a copy of the form. I also liked tha she told me about a delay on the southbound interstate 5 due to a jumper on the bridge that closed all lanes. We were able to get off and detour around so we arrived on time at Sea-Tac. I also pre ought gas since I was concerned about time and delays and she also knew there was no station at the exit for the airport.
Cons: I had no issues.

Does not honor pickup location
Cons: Twice now I've rented from Avis at their Bellingham location which is conveniently located near auto dealers and repair shops. Both times they waited until the day before to tell me they wouldn't have cars at that location and I'd have to find my way to the airport, at my own expense. It baffles me why a rental car company is unable to move cars, unable to honor their commitments, but instead chooses to inconvenience the customer.
Cons: These scammers took my deposit for a car, ran my credit and then refused to rent me the car and have not refunded my money after 2 weeks.

Pros: Car was clean and as promised.
Cons: They really try to up sell you on the expensive add-ons like insurance and a more expensive car. The guy checking me in was clearly irritated when I wouldn't agree to pay for more options. Not very professional!
