Cons: The car was not comfortable and the representatives was rude and they are very slow. And can I rent a car with a full tank of gas. I want rent from them again unless final option.Very slow as well

Pros: The customer service was the most amazing service I've ever had... seriously. It was a quick and easy transaction. The guy's name that helped me was Zach.. he was extremely helpful and very accommodating (I received a free upgrade because of minor utility issues with my original rental). I just couldn't imagine a better place to go to receive this great of an experience renting a vehicle, because renting a vehicle can be such a headache. 5 stars
Cons: I loved everything about it.

Switched me to a Tiny Car
Pros: Ease of check in
Cons: Was contracted for Ford Focus or better (with 5 seats) and was switched to a tiny Fiesta with barely room for 3 people. I am a large / tall guy and scraped my head twice trying to just get into the thing. I should have NOT ACCEPTED the car but was stressed for time.

Cons: They could not pick me up from the airport, I was instructed to go to National Rentel there sister company but they did not have any cars on site. I had to go to a different rental company to get a car.

Pros: CSR very poor .price on renter was great
Cons: Is the fact they're very rude. Customers left phone in car.they would not give it to them because they say they close at 6:00pm.I schedule my pick up at 6:00 pm first time renting from this company. I call at 5:45pm told them I had to pickup schedule for six I told her I don't know they closed at six.i told her I can be there in 5 min. She told me her doors lock at 6:00pm if the doors was lock too bad.never ever will I renter from this company. They need to be trained

Pros: Very courteous.
Cons: Hour and 10 minutes of wait time to get my car that was reserved.
Cons: I couldn't figure out what the rotten smell was in the car, so on the second day I popped the hood. There was a dead (and rotten) cat on top of the engine. When I returned the car the next day, the lady asked how the car was. I told her it was horrible and explained the situation. My main issue in all of this is she didn't offer a refund, or discount, or much of an apology. She pretty much just agreed with me that it was disgusting.

Not a friendly Staff
Cons: The lady who waited on me was not only rude to me, but the gentleman in front of me as well. There are too many choices for us to have to put up with rude employees. I'll just use Enterprise from know on, even if Avis happens to be less expensive.
