Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, and the good quality breakfast offered. Many reviews praised the value for money and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being closed or out of service, cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas, and some maintenance problems such as malfunctioning air conditioning and plumbing. Despite these negatives, the positive service and breakfast experiences stood out for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
