Pros (+) Front desk staff were very polite. Room had ammenities listed online and we got exactly what we paid for.
Cons (-) Pool and jacuzzi weren’t open. Definitely a downfall but cannot complain as we only stayed one night.

Pros (+) The lobby was warm and inviting but once past that everything went downhill.

The person who checked me in appeared to be training a new employee at the front desk and was very curt and cold. Pros (+) Price was reasonable, room was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was good and the location was convenient and close to family we were visiting. We would stay here again.
Cons (-) Pillows were a little flat - if we stay again I might bring my own as well as a thicker/more comfortable blanket for the bed. The heat in the room worked great but it was FREEZING as soon as you walk into the hallway (we stayed on the ground floor)
