Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and city attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and dirty rooms or bathrooms. Noise is a major concern, as several guests mention loud surroundings due to nearby traffic, trains, and trams, making it difficult to sleep. Service is also criticized, with complaints about absent or unresponsive staff. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, cleanliness, noise, and service are recurring problems.
