Left an expensive pillow in the room upon check-out. Yes, our bad! However, called the hotel less than 4 hours after check-out to ask them to hang on to the pillow and we would make arrangements to get it asap. They indicated no pillow was found in the room and none was turned in. This wasn't even possible. Somebody lied, somebody took the pillow, and management didn't care to follow-up even after...
