Pros (+) We were looking for a low cost place to stay since we usually roll in late and leave early. We made it there earlier than planned and it was a good thing. The desk/ check-in person locks up at 9 or 9:30 to go home. She was very nice and suggested some very good choices for eating a late Supper, depending on what kind of food we felt like. Pros (+) The wood paneling in the rooms was old school--I liked it. Nearby to many state and national parks, so good location.
Cons (-) The room didn't have many outlets for charging our phones at night.

Cons (-) The AC was off on very hot days when I came into room after working all day in hot sun. Views from rooms were disappointing. Would be nice to have a view of Mesa Verde in back of room block.
