Pros (+) The staff was nice.
Cons (-) We rented the room for New Years Eve so we could swim. The pool was so cold you could only tolerate the water for about 30 minutes. This was a big disappointment for my group as well as all the other families with young children who wanted to swim on New Years Eve.
