Pros: The staff is super friendly upon arrival. I was even upgraded! The concierge arranged my hotel transportation and a hair appointment for me. Both went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was amazing too! I also hit the gym in the morning. Very spacious, clean and lots of equipment & free weights to choose from!

Pros: The complementary dinner they gave me to overcome the problems they made.
Cons: 1) long time to do check-in, 30 mins although I checked in an hour after the offitial check-in time. So I was on late Check-in status. 2) I reserved three rooms. The first room they gave me was not ready. 3) after I left the room and come back, like 90 mins, I found out that the room service guy entered my room and took the card on the main switch, not only pulling it out. The room climet was too worm becouse of that. 4) The AC was drooping some condincate water. 5) Before I checked out, like an hour before checking out, I went to the reciption and asked them to give me a new card to make sure that it will open the room door. The reciptionest gave me a useless card and it did not open the room. This made be go back to them and ask for a new card again.

Cons: This place is dirty and just all around bad. Let's start with the cleanliness issues, I was suppose to be in a non smoking room, the entire floor smelt of cigarettes. When I got into my room there was an empty carton of cigarettes in the closet and cigarette ash on the furniture. The sheets had red residue on it and the chair looked liked they pulled it out of a dumpster. There were a lot of things missing from my room, I had to call multiple times for, the remote for the television was missing, things from the mini bar were missing, all the towels were missing, the in room iron and ironing board were missing. Now for the rude neighbors; I was woken at 2:30 in the morning by someone attempting to get in my room, I opened the door and a woman said sorry wrong room. Then the rest of the night this woman's children continued to run up and down the halls and slam doors. I could not sleep. The staff are unhelpful, when you call for assistance the person who comes to the room is no real help. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone
