Pros (+) Nothing much to like other than the convenient location close to a highway
Cons (-) 1. There were two people at check in. One was busy with a large party. The second person would not look up from her screen. I waited for 5 minutes before the other clerk prodded her to check me in. They did not care to explain anything about the property or what will I find where. 2. Pros (+) The location is great. Close to highways and where I needed to be.
Cons (-) Room service never should until after calling them at least twice. This was well after 6pm and I have been gone since 1030 am. After they arrived I was so frustrated had them just bring towels and clean bathroom.
