10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great small hotel for a stay near the airport. The room and bathroom were very large, spotless and comfortable. Lucas went out of his way to help me with my luggage in the rain. He showed me where there there was a nice restaurant, pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant and coffee bar right across the street. He didn’t just tell where these places were or give me a piece of paper with their names on a list. He walked me to the corner of the street and directly pointed them out to me. I had dinner at the restaurant and coffee at the coffee bar. Both were excellent. I especially enjoyed my cappuccino at the coffee bar where I sat at a table and watched as local a Italians came in on their way home from work and grabbed a coffee. They all ran in, stood at the counter, drank it down in a minute, then ran out, just as I had read about before my trip. I had a 6AM flight in the morning and Lucas drove me to the airport at 4 AM. It was raining again and he went out of his way to bring my luggage into the airport for me and found a representative to help me, not just drop me off at the “door”. What a gentlemen. I am an older women and was traveling solo. I felt safe and looked after at my stay here. Don’t miss an opportunity to meet Lucas! You will throughly enjoy your visit to this property and it will make going to the airport as stress free as possible as well as giving you the opportunity for one last great Italian dinner before leaving Rome.
Cons: Nothing

This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to the airport.
Cons: Plugs set up so that converters did not fit.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room is big, however the bed is not very comfortable. I’ve paid for the breakfast on booking and the staff asked me to pay again. Overall, the score of the hotel on booking is overestimated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great. The room was sufficient for a quick overnight stay prior to heading to the airport. Nothing spectacular, but very clean and accessible.
Cons: Reminded me of sleeping in a dorm. Very thin walls and can definitely hear everything around you. The heat was on full blast (in January) and didn't raise the temperature at all. Shower was ok, but had to turn off twice due to poor drainage. Tried to contact the hotel via email prior to arrival, but received no response.
7.0 Good
Cons: It was winter and the hotel only offered a thin blanket for summer. However, it took several hours for the air conditioner to heat up the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff and great value for money. Close to airport, parking facilities and beautiful breakfast.
Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic

Pros: The place is nice, clean and the breakfast was good. The location is a bit out of the way and the neighbourhood not very nice......you definitely need a car to go anywhere from the hotel. It is though, very close to the airport so convenient for overnight stays.
Cons: the neighbourhood.....

Pros: The food, the relaxation the coolness of the room from the heat.....
Cons: Wish there were places to eat near by, but the food there was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location--15 minutes to FCO, 1 block to the beach. This is a very small (8 rooms) boutique-type hotel. It's a great find, and we had an excellent stay. Evening pizza and wine option was excellent. Value for price paid was excellent.
Cons: Airplane noise could be a hindrance if outside, but not with the room doors closed. We slept very well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an interesting little hotel with a very comfortable feel. Very inviting common areas, nice beach a short walk away, the coffee and pastry place across the street, on site pizza for e10, and the breakfast. Not your ordinary airport hotel!

Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Totally loved this hotel, not ordinary, very cozy and nice. The receptionist girl was very friendly and helpful.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The location did not work for us. The hotel was not that close to the airport and there were minimal food services at the hotel and no restaurants nearby. Since we did not have a car I felt we were stranded there.
7.0 Good
Pros: Did not eat breakfast - if available.
Cons: Arrival/departure: Unloading done in street at gate entrance. No area to offload luggage conveniently. It rained on morning of departure and water was in courtyard and at gate area. Got completely soaked loading bags into taxi! No shelter available walking to the gate or at the gate area. Restaurant on property but limited menu. Overall quality was okay. Small portions of pizza and lasagna. Prices of 10 and 12 Euro respectively led me to believe it was not a good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there to take a rest until our flight at Fiumicino airport. The hotel met our expectations. It is very near to the carparks and you can watch planes taking off from the terrace of the hotel. Great. I would like to appreciate friendly and helping stuff as well.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: There was quiet a lot of noise from the airport / incoming flights. As well as from the families going up early to leave for the airport. The breakfast was mostly for "bring a long" on the flight and wasnt very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monica was wonderful! I got there on my birthday and she had beautiful flowers for me! We were too tired to go out so she ordered pizza for us and we sat in their kitchen upstairs. Great location and she will even set up a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to the airport. We could not have asked for one thing more than what she offered. 5.4 Okay
Pros: Location and great spa facilities.
Cons: Staff and service - no information, no working coffee machine, cleaning for 4 hours
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful, the bathroom also. The location is within 2 miles of the Rome airport, however our room and the grounds were very quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is very convenient to the Rome airport. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to be in the countryside after visiting Florence and Rome.
Cons: The bathroom had a large high tub with a shower fixture in the middle and no shower curtain(intentionally ). It was fine for my husband but I have a knee issue and it was difficult for me to get in. There is only one restaurant and it served buffet dinner and breakfast. Personally I didn’t like the food at and ended up eating boiled eggs and a roll... but did enjoy the free wine that came with it. Breakfast was better. The staff who checked us in was a bit rushed in explaining the room and facilities... which are a bit complicated. We would have appreciated a tour of the Spa and how to use it. The exercise room, Spa and outdoor spa are all in different locations... as is the restaurant. My husband went to the outdoor hot tub to ease a sore back and came back saying it was astonishing large... several steaming baths with about 40 people enjoying the scene. They also served wine and small finger foods there after 6pm ... but you must be in a robe! A bit like the “Roman Baths” we’ve all heard of!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful, the facilities were great. We were there mid week in late November and it was not too crowded and actually got a pool to ourselves. It really is a magical place to relax and chill out. It was the start of our vacation and a great way to decompress from normal life and begin our holiday in a relaxed, refreshed note. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were attentive and kind.
Cons: An orientation of the facilities on arrival would have allowed us to better take advantage of the property.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. the breakfast was good as well as the dinner, but dinner menu is quite small
Cons: the water in spa smells quite strong (bleach) the coffee machine in the room didn't work and they didn't manage to fix it in 4 days of our stay, and the cherry on top - the e-key didn't work for three of four days and we had to go to reception first any time we need get into the room. that was very annoying, long queue while checking in you can change only in the toilet if your room is not ready and NOT in spa area despite the fact they have proper change facilities there
7.0 Good
Pros: The spa experience was great.
Cons: They spray every room with scent that is so strong that it caused our eye to water and start sneezing. They finally moved us to a room that was made several days ago. The scent had dissipated to an acceptable level.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Termes, room, food
Cons: Receptionist in the morning tried to charge me 2 time for the services (massage and city tax) I paid day before, i told her timenif oayment, sum and method but she still was asking for reciept??? Very embarrassing and She NEVER appologised when she actually chexked that after keeping me min 5 minutes at checknout with taxi waiting It is NOT acceptable for a hotel of this category! Everyone can make a mistake but NOT communicate with a guest like this and afzer that NO appology!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to the airport, tranquil setting and ideal for a stop over with a recharge at the spa
Cons: -

Pros: Everything was beautiful!
Cons: Everything is was great

Pros: The view was good.
Cons: Many things - mainly that the agreed upon amenities were NOT accessible (either roped off, cost money, were misrepresented, or simply did not exist). It was not a good way to end our trip.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable room and bathroom. Very close to airport and walking distance to river Tiber and lots of restaurants.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated, extremely clean, the staff is really kind and attentive, the rooms are well sized and equipped and the breakfast is good. The hotel is at walking distance from the river, where there are many restaurants and shops. Also interesting to spend some time watching the fishermen working in their boats. The navette from/to the airport is extremely convinient. Great choice, specially for travellers departing in an early flight or arriving late.
Cons: I liked everything
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was great for access to the airport. The front desk staff member was very kind. Arranging a car service to the airport was made very easy.
Cons: The hotel did have anyone to greet you at the door and help hold the door open for you and your luggage despite being only 8 pm. I had to find the door stop and prop the door open while the staff (1 person) looked on. There were no ramps for wheeling luggage and the luggage cart was only accessible by climbing a staircase. There was a wheelchair lift available for those needing the service (thankfully). The hallway leading up to the room smelled as though several people were chain smoking. Our room was a nice size and thankfully didn’t smell. However, the room was terribly hot and the A/C wasn’t working. The staff member told us to open the window and later let us know we could turn off the radiant heat in the bathroom to decrease the temp. This didn’t really help. We slept with the window open which was fine despite the massive downpour of rain most of the night... the real issue was the rodent or rodents running through the wall (or gutter???)all night. They were loud and very disturbing. Again, the space served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay here again.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The cat
Cons: The minuscule shower, no decent restaurant around the hotel, the 60 Eros by can to get there (10 now than to the airport) and then the 20 Eros charged and not told about, for the 5 minute ride to the airport for an early morning flight.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Perfect, charming boutique hotel for flying in/out of FCO. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Older town that still has "fishing village" charm. Staff was incredible..everyone was helpful and happy!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The room wad big and comfortable. They even had slippers in the room. Breakfast was good too and the night before they assisted with restaurants for dinner. The entire experience was super. I left a bag of purchases on the shuttle, 6 euros, which they called and were able to retrieve for me. They brought it to my room immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Not close to beach however close to Tiber River with seafood restaurants.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel money/locationwise during overlay at Roma airport. Private parking (free) if you have to return the rental. Very attentive staff. Great fish restaurants 5 min walk.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport, good restaurants and grocery walking distance.
Cons: Hard to find front door. Had to get cab driver to call to let me in.
7.1 Good
Pros: The place is very clean and the staff is friendly.
Cons: No hot water during our stay- apparently they had a plumbing issue.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean room and good shower.
Cons: We booked transport through the hotel for the airport the next morning at 7am. The reception said breakfast did not start till 7 am so although we paid for breakfast would not have time to take it. As we left our room at 7 am the next morning I noticed a buffet style continental breakfast was laid out. Rather disappointed they never gave us a takeaway breakfast as it was all there ready at the time we left. Rather annoying as we had paid for it and did not have time to eat in the cafe in the airport as it was extremely busy.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk is manned 24-hours so my arrival from a late flight at 4:00am wasn’t a problem. Staff confirmed that my check-in at an odd hour would be possible in advance and also arranged a taxi for me the next day.

Pros: Комнаты тихие, комфортабельные. Отель для одной ночи очень удобный
Cons: Все соответствует требованиям
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Chose it for combination of proximity to airport and beautiful grounds and pool for our last 24 hrs in Italy before flying home. It did not disappoint and added bonus was wonderful restaurant with indoor/outdoor patio. Food and service was great. Get a room with balcony overlooking pool.
Cons: "California king" beds (two singles side by side)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Highly recommendable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel except shuttle to/ from airport is not the most convenient.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel looked impressive on the outside. The lobby was also beautiful. The restaurant was really nice and the food was great.
Cons: Our room was pretty 'bare bones'. Though the bathroom was very nice, the beds were small and the mattresses were not very comfortable. They were the types of thin mattresses that you would find on a 'roll-away' bed. There was a TV, but no kettle for coffee/tea, though there was a coffee vending machine in the lobby. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that, or if we were just in the 'servants wing' or something? The first time I used my credit card in Europe was to check-in to this hotel and to pay for dinner in the restaurant. Coincidentally, later that same night, I received a text from my credit card company, asking if I was attempting to make a purchase on some fashion web site. I wasn't. I ended up having the cancel the card and ask for a replacement when I returned home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For the overnight and day spent at hotel was great! The dinning and bar areas and staff specifically made the short time there really welcoming.
Cons: I did not find anything I didn't like with my stay.

Pros: A great little hotel with no frills but great personal service from the father and son owners. This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!
Cons: Although the location close to the airport is a plus, the noise from the planes is quite loud at times but not a deal breaker.

Cons: Noise from the airport when airplanes taking off in the night.

Pros: Relatively close to the airport, but not particularly easy to get to from FCO with other than an overpriced cab ride.

Pros: really lovely hostess, 10€ shuttle service to and from the airport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect for a transfer to the airport. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
6.0 Good
Pros: My flight was cancelled so I decided to spend a night in Fiumicino in order to be close to the airport the morning after. The room and the breakfast were ok for one night stay and for my needs. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom small but ok for the circumstances. They also offer a shuttle service from and to the airport, a bit pricey considering the car distance of the airport. Anyway they advise you about the price, once you confirm the room and apparently there are not many other choices to reach the small village. The driver also stopped by a pizzeria on our way from the Airport to the b&b in order to let us buy some food for dinner, and this was kind. All my messages got a fast answer. The receptionist was kind and welcoming.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Jan attended to all I needed. He went above and beyond. I got there late at night and even though they only serve breakfast, he prepared a snack. Laura was super helpful in securing me transfer from airport. There was a small problem with the hot water at the time and they gave me a free ride to the airport to compensate. Very personable service. Perfect for transit- if you don't need to get to Rone. Very close to the beach. I'd definitely go again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really Nice landlord. If you like cat please just go for it, 5 of them and they are soooo Q
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Jan at the reception was lovely and too great care of us. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We landed late but that wasn't an issue. We called them and they came within 20 minutes to pick us up. It's a 12 minute drive from FCO. Their shuttle service costs 10 for each direction. In the morning they served a charming little breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The host on the reception was perfect, very halpeful ,everything was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, big garden, cute cats, Jan is very helpful, got to the place late, was able to arrange taxi for me, €10 per ride, 10-15mins to airport, no traffic. driver doesn’t speak too much English but I can feel he’s nice man, I prefer the first night room there the space is so big and even have a babe bed (for anyone whom has baby traveling together it’s a surprise), as a solo traveler, met new friend here, which is a big bonus. Definitely “never miss flight” spot! (Although first time ever in life I missed my flight had to buy international flight ticket again! And I was too early enough checked in everything! Expensive lesson learned! Warning: Rome Airport is super unorganized full of surprises chaos you never know, be careful! Don’t expect the staff there tell you correct answer, you always have to ask many different staff until find out correct answer.
Cons: It would be better if there’s more choice for breakfast such as whole grain bread :) I’m happy as long as there’s eggs, coffee, some good bread. there are many choices if you have sweet tooth. PS. Am i the only one needed additional blankets feeling cold?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The host, Mr Jaan was very kind and helpful. We checked in a bit late and he offered us tea and cakes. He also booked our taxi to airport at preferential rate.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The bathroom and back terrace were superb, The mattress, headboard, pillows and walls are all in need of renovation.. Not good for the high price - it should be half the cost really! Good location if you have an early flight from Fiumicino- and only if you have a car!! The receptionist was very friendly and kind, Grazie Antonella sei stata gentilissima!
Cons: There were peeling walls from humidity, bed upholstery torn, very basic mattress and poor pillows.... Not good for the high price. I suggest changing Mattress, pillows and reupholster the headboard, could do with an upgrade for the price!! Breakfast area should be available for early flights, I would have liked a coffee in the morning!

Pros: Staff. Biagio is very attentive. Great host. Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Too many keys. Bathroom out of the room.

Cons: nothing i likes , its not hotel just some rented rooms , no stuff , location very bad
7.1 Good
Cons: Not clear how to get to the property through the security door. Better signage would help and instructions to guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner picked me up for a few more euro and was very nice. He only speaks italian but was able to work on communication. He also drove me into Rome when the taxi was too expensive for a few euro. He was a great host and I go to him again.
Cons: Italy doesn't use dryers so the sheets were a little rough.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Antonella and Biagio were so hospitable! They communicated in advance about check in, showed me around, helped me order a pizza to be delivered for dinner - and scheduled a taxi for my very early morning departure. They even offered some of Mamma's homemade limoncello. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Cons: Not so much that I didn't like it, I was just surprised at the location. In my head I pictured a house-turned-B&B that was near the airport. I probably should have read more about the property, but I was in a rush. The B&B is actually in one of the big apartment buildings, which was cool - families, kids, pets around. I got to feel like a local for a day. Or a night, rather - I arrived about 6:30 p.m. and left at 5:00 a.m. Two options for dinner: walk 10 minutes to the local mall/grocery store or have pizza delivered. I did the latter - good pizza/value. It was a 20-euro cab ride each way to/from the airport, and about a 10-minute ride.
