Cons: I found using the Internet frustrating. It would just die when I was using it. I tried to downloading a library book and could not do it. Then I paid for the upgrade Internet and it would stop working while I was downloading. The "free" internet was slow.

Cons: Not a dislike, but I was "upgraded" from the basic room to the next level of room (because of availability). The upgrade was a typical European-style room; clean and modern, yet somewhat compact. The size was more than sufficient for my needs, but I am left wondering what the "basic" room was like...

Cons: Terrible customer service starting at the shuttle at the airport. The service did not improve at any point of our stay. We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.

Cons: Rooms looked dated

Cons: The breakfast is expensive. Perhaps you could offer other options than the full buffet. E.g., continental buffet, order eggs and toast, etc.

Cons: We stood in line for two hours to get our confirmed room. Delta had cancelled flights and there was a long line of people wanting a room. I mentioned twice that we were confirmed guests and should be compensated for our long wait in line. We were ignored both times.

Cons: I booked this hotel through Kayak and at check-out the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, which I needed in order to get reimbursed by my office. Internet was a bit slow in the room and in the business center.

Cons: wifi never worked in my room

Cons: The wifi was awful- neither of us were able to connect at all using the free wifi.

Cons: The room was great. The reception staff was fine as well. However, I had dinner at the bar restaurant and the service was poor. I waited over 20 min for a server to even bring a menu. Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing

Cons: Internet should be improved, it does not hace great coverage in all rooms. After they moved us to another room Speed was ok.

Cons: Parking as 20 Euro a night but it was just across the street.

Cons: Phone connection to the reception did'nt work so had to go all the way down each time that I wanted to talk to them. That needed to be done often as no crib was supplied for our 6 month although explicitly requested. Upon arrival no crib was in the room, so another request was made, but after being our for the entire evening, upon return no crib was yet in the room. Overall a nice hotel in a good location but disappointed by this issues that were not solved promptly.

Cons: No gift shop - wanted a watch in a display case, but no one could open it for me between 8pm and 6 am...

Cons: The price of food was a bit high, even for Euro standards. $28 euro per person for breakfast seems a bit extreme.

Cons: Challenge right now with all the construction of roads and buildings around the hotel area. Little tougher than usual to get in and out ... not the hotel's fault.

Cons: The only drawback is little off from downtown or main city.

Cons: I had hard time finding the hotel, because of lack of clear visible signs in airport. Especially I got lost in the plaza just before, where escalators are. No signs where to go to find it.

Cons: Poor information on how to get through it from the airport, confusing AC adjustment, below average bed, could be cheaper. Missing more worldwide channels. Could have more food / drink options close. Would be nice to have flight information available at the lobby at least.

Cons: Nothing reeaally bothered me, but it fosters the typical fear of breathing on the wrong thing for fear you'll be charged for it. They charge a 50-euro fee at check in to cover "incidental expenses" – uh-oh.

Cons: Difficult to locate initially. I knew it was essentially in the train station, and it still took us about 20 minutes to find it. Essentially no signs (about hotels) in the train station. We finally took an elevator up (thinking it couldn't be down), then we found signage. Easy after that.

Cons: Room was run down Room was very small (definitely for American standards, it seemed small to other European hotels as well) Bed was very hard The area this hotel is in seems very sketchy (it's the red light district) though I knew that going in.

Cons: Pay for wifi

Cons: The walls were paper thin, so we could hear every neighbor ... ever. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was no clock in the room. There were two skinny sets of sheets instead of one to cover the whole bed.

Cons: Very noisy all night, very old dirty carpet floor, No free wifi, No air condition, Gypsies are everywhere near hotel. Needs full renovation

Cons: bathroom sink was completely clogged - couldn't use it as water was overflowing.
