10.0 Excellent
Pros: Being able to see ALL the Giza pyramids from the balcony in front of our room was priceless. Having the feeding station on the street in front of us was a bonus. The pictures posted are a true representation of this place. The picture I added was from right outside of the big sliding doors of our room. The owner, Zak, was fantastic. He truly made you feel like family. Twice when we walked into the main part of Giza he went with us and was very helpful. His English was great and as he grew up in the area he knew lots of people. Thanks Zak for giving us a great start to our Egyptian vacation!
Cons: Needs a sign out front for the taxi drivers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Zak attentions are the best, I have stayed before in this place and I will stay for sure in the future.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Zak was a great host who couldn't do enough for us. The location is great, with views of the Pyramids from the terrace as well as giving the opportunity to view a bit of real life in Giza going on in the street below.
Cons: It wasn't the easiest place to find. The property is the fourth floor of a private residential building and as such there aren't any signs outside. After lots of asking around our taxi driver eventually found it by phoning the host who came outside to meet us. Once found, however, we were really pleased with the location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great. Good person. Friendly. Good place. Nice view
Cons: Great. Good person. Friendly. Good place. Nice view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm and friendly hosts. I felt welcome and safe. They organised the best tour I have ever been on. My requests were met and the room which I stayed in looked better than in the photo! I thought maybe I got a free upgrade as it looked bigger than in the photo advertised. It was a very clean room with very good wifi and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby each night. The views of the pyramids from the room are amazing too. The hotel is in a cool area in Giza to explore with delicious local food and friendly people who always say "welcome to Egypt!'. I love this place and I will definitely be back. The prices are very good. I highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I experienced true Egyptian hospitality at the Pyramids Power Inn. I woke up to breakfast and coffee every morning, while gazing at the pyramids. My friends and I felt very safe at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay there. The owner was so helpful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room with a view for the pyramids. Cleanest room we’ve seen in Egypt and most friendly owner too. We felt really comfortable and were able to relax. There was also hot water for shower and airco with hot air. We definitely recommend people to stay there. Is great value for money! Also if you are looking for some privacy and quietness!
Cons: The place is a little bit hard to find, but people outside helped us and also we called the owner, he answered immediately and came outside.

Pros: Everything was amazing the view, the food, all the workers where very helpful and very welcoming! It’s very family oriented and you just get a feel of there culture while on vacation!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, the view on the rooftop and location are super nice. The staff responsible for the breakfast is also very friendly!
Cons: My room is very noisy, there is a machine making noises every few seconds. Need to play my own music in order to fall asleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: With Cairo such a vast city, we made the decision to base ourselves near the Pyramids for our brief stay, and with such a range of similar looking budget options, we are really glad we went with Giza Pyramids Inn. literally a 1 minute walk from the ticket office of the Pyramids site, and a rooftop with panoramic views over the Pyramids (free Sound and Light show in the evening and top breakfast views in the morning!). Staff were really helpful - helped us arrange a private driver for an evening we wanted to spend at Khan el Khalili and Zamalek (nice car and English speaking driver). Even where we planned things ourselves, they were really helpful in assisting (our Uber driver didn't speak English and we would have missed our nightrain had it not been for the hotel staff speaking with them to clarify some details). Room was nice, clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed, good bathroom, comfy beds, heating in winter. Staff gave us nice gift and many bottles of water without asking. Great value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location to see the light show of the pyramids.
Cons: The stairs. A little difficult but then would fine for younger folks.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the staff were fantastic! Tough to get a better view of the pyramids and we saw the light show with dinner on the rooftop. The extras were nice, with transport included from the airport and they even bagged us a breakfast to go on our way to the airport!
Cons: We were in the suite, which is right by the hotel lobby. It is perfectly comfortable, but if someone is sleeping in the salon, the noise trickles in through the door, particularly with the arrivals and departures in the middle of the night. They do provide earplugs, through, which is a nice touch. Shows they are aware of the situation.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The environment is so unsafe. You don’t feel good and you are being watched by everyone.
Cons: People have guns and they kept watching my wife and being so sketchy. We didn’t even stay the night we had to change hotels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice. The roof top view was stunning. All the staffs were very kind and supportive.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, staff are amazingly friendly, food is excellent expect the Italian restaurant. The view is breathtaking.
Cons: Rooms should have heating system in winter. The window doesn't block the noise. The italian restaurant isn't italian.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is located just walking distance from the ticket office of the Great Pyramids. The tranquil campus of the hotel gives you a pleasing vibe. The breakfast options are vast and the staff are very professional and helpful. The view of the pyramids while having your breakfast is just breaktaking.
Cons: The Indian restaurant - Mogul room is bit too hyped, the food is OK and is very pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I made the reservation in this hotel not knowing the story, only reviews online. To our surprise, since day one we were in love with everything. The story is fascinated, everyone in the hotel made us feel like a queen and king. Top service, friendly staff and a wonderful experience.
Cons: Breakfast box we ordered one morning in the morning was really cheap.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Worst management ever, rude staff, extremely ill mannered and unprofessional staff members
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right next to the pyramids!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The views of the pyramids while having breakfast, lunch or dinner were stunning, day and night. The grounds were gorgeous - lush gardens, water pools etc.
Cons: Don't go in the winter season. After 5 phone calls to the assistant manager, guest services rep etc. and 2 visits from electricians, the room remained cold and only cold air poured into the room. When the temperature outside is 8 degrees, this is unacceptable. Two days of shivering and then finally housekeeping on my last night brought a small portable heater to put on the floor. On checking out, the front desk staff shrugged and said that it really was too bad....as they charged $200 US per night. Really?! That's all?
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Awful smell of smoke, everywhere. Poor service. Stunning views, but horrid smell of smoke.
Cons: Awful
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, and Service
Cons: It’s Egypt sooooo yeah there’s a ton of people trying to take advantage of you, some work for the hotel most wait just outside the gate
4.5 Okay
Pros: The restaurants.
Cons: The staff members. A package was trying to be delivered to the hotel that I was using for business purposes. Three times did they turn away the delivery guy without informing me. Once I asked them if anyone had attempted to drop off a package the answer was no, and no one was willing to look into it. Being a platinum elite member with Marriott I was honestly wondering why I invest in the chain with that type of customer service. Beyond poor, and with the feeling of the client being an inconvenience. Such a shame with a location like that.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close walking distance to pyramids. Great views from certain areas. Wonderful decor around the facility.
Cons: We paid for a pyramid view room and was given a room on the ground floor. From that vantage point, you could only see the top of one pyramid over the buildings and blocked but numerous palm trees. It was really disappointing, enough for me to gather the courage and ask the front desk for a room change, which took some convincing. We were moved to the top floor of the hotel and were rewarded with a much fuller view of the pyramids, but only if you were at one corner of the balcony and looked over the side. And the room smelled like rotten eggs, but went away after a while by fanning the room with the balcony door open. For the rest of the stay, the receptionist who provided the room change made me feel like I was a difficult guest.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, garden/pool facilities, Superb architecture/design of the restaurant terrace with view of the pyramids!
Cons: The male staff at the reception was a bit arrogant and unfriendly. Same with the male manager staff at the restaurant. More than once we felt a bit uncomfortable. Also the reception staff should speak fluently english, and know some basic information about the most popular sight seeing highlights in Cairo! (e.g. opening hours of the pyramids and of the Egyptian museum! ) The food prices at the restaurant were high but acceptable. We didn’t like that the service charge and tax charge were not included in the listed price. Clear transactions, knowing what you pay for from the beginning, are always preferred.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food in the executive lounge was the best we had in Egypt. Rooms are very nice, pool is beautiful! No complaints, of course you always wish for things to be cheaper!

5.8 Okay
Cons: Got a phone call after a few days from my arrival at 2:00 am in the morning to ask me if I took the room single or double, did I provide my partner’s passport because he couldn’t find a copy at there desk! When I talked to the night manager he apologized and told me it was a mistake from some other receptionist that didn’t file my copies Need to call and ask for a door repair many times to get it fixed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lower prices for accommodation we booking from booking.
Cons: When I have two stay in the hotel why we can't make the different stays in the seam booking. For example first stay 12/12/2019 till 14/12/2019 and the second stay 19/12/2019 till 22/12/2019. Why we are can not do that's two dates of stays in the seam booking. Awaiting your feedback, Ibermundo Travel Egypt and Spain

4.2 Okay
Pros: Decent location based in Giza, within viewing distance of the Pyramids. 'OK' breakfast

10.0 Excellent
Pros: How was the location? Why ask this. We're right below the main pyramid! The location absolutely could not be any better if you're looking for something big and beautiful other than a mountain or Trump Tower for instance. This sight is unique!
Cons: Wi-Fi could be better. We want to listen to radio from Northern Finland when We are in the room or on balcony. So, we both bought an Egyptian Vodafone Line including "data" as they call it here. Thanks to staffers Ahmed and Ashraf for putting up with us even though We forget our duties as "guests".
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The people you welcome are very nice.
Cons: Dusty room, poor breakfast, has no comparison with the photos.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our second stay was even better than the first one, we arrived earlier and left later than scheduled yet the staff was very kind to help us. All tours were great. Thank you again. My mom enjoyed our time in your hotel very much. :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view! Waking up to a perfect view of all three pyramids and the sphinx every morning was amazing!! The staff were really nice too and very helpful!
Cons: The wi-fi barely worked. Made it hard to organise your day before venturing out. I definitely recommend buying a sim card from a reputable store as I believe this is an issue throughout many Egyptian accommodations.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist in any way they could. They were a highlight of the hotel. It looks like most rooms have views of the Pyramids and Sphinx (both ours did). There is also a rooftop terrace area with lovely views which is a terrific spot to sit for breakfast, in the afternoon, and in the evening. You can see the nightly sound and light show well from the rooftop, although only catch snatches of the audio, depending on the direction of the wind. So if you care about the audio you may need to pay for a ticket to attend the actual lightshow (note: the parts of narration we heard were pretty naff, and the lightshow itself is super kitch, so watching it for free from the rooftop terrace was a much better option for us than paying to attend)
Cons: The hotel offered to provide dinner to eat while watching the pyramid light show from the rooftop terrace. The food was very over-priced and cold by the time it was delivered from a nearby restaurant. I'd recommend skipping the meal offered and eating somewhere else after the lightshow. The hotel itself is a work in progress. There were bags of cement in the lobby and areas that looked like they were being built. We thought the place may have just opened, but were told it has been running for 5 years. So it may just be constantly having new rooms added! There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep, so not a great option if you are unstable on your feet, or have trouble with stairs.
4.2 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: At night, AC stopped working. There was no staff in hotel to fix the problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and clean room. Amazing pyramid view!! Beautiful terrace for breakfast. Room are new, confortable mattress, aircon, fridge and free tee.. 24hs hot shower and the all staff are superb, rally kind
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and roof top view is outstanding. The room is for sleeping only, you can spend the whole time on the roof looking over the pyramids.
Cons: Very basic amenities, showers were rickety and old.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Achmed is the best you can get. He does everything to make his visitors feel as comfortable as possible helping them in any way he can. Thank you Achmed!

7.0 Good
Pros: very good
Cons: no heater
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I can see why this used to be 5 stars. Big complex surrounding a humongous pool, resort style. Much better than other 4 stars. Like everything in Egypt right now, they could improve on cleaningness. It is really details. The bed sheets were very good. The room was ample. Furniture a little dated, but in good shape (old tv though). The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Even the restaurant, La pagoda, has good food at surprisingly good prices (same as eating in a fast food chain outside). I would just start an education campaign with the staff to see details, like a dead mosquito here, a dirt stain in a wall, things that can be solved with more attention rather than money, or somebody with a brush and some paint, to restore the previous glory. But again, saw this in all the four stars I stayed. They need my maid --an OCD machine--, or somebody like her that can "see", and these places will be back in their glory. Overall, a good stay.
