Reception staff were very nice. Room was ok but a little dark and tired. Fine for night or 2 for a work trip. Breakfast was interesting, massive open plan area felt like a cafeteria.

Pros (+) The lobby was very nice and although we didn’t get to enjoy happy hour or breakfast they both looked great!
Cons (-) Our room was very smelly and didn’t seem completely clean. I found a gum wad on the carpet. The hotel lobby was nice but the room seemed old and run down. I noticed they’re under construction so maybe that’ll help with the room issue.

Pros (+) The staff were great! We had a group of teenagers camped in front of a broken vebding machine. After I informed the staff they promptly restocked the vending machine and fixed it. A few cons, as with anything. Overall, the hotel has a good location and I would recommend this hotel to future families passing through DFW.
Cons (-) The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my children. In addition our room was very warm. We set the thermostat as low as it would go and we still could not get the temperature below 71. Since we were only there one night we did not have it looked at. However given the attentiveness the previous day I have no doubt it would have been looked at promptly.
