The pick up was very easy, staff was nice

Cons:

The car was dirty. There was an old sock on the floorboard of the driver's seat and it smelled like smoke.

Car itself was fine

Cons:

They called me an hour before my pickup to tell me the location was closed and I had to go to a much further location that took much longer to get to. Because they closed at 5pm I barely made it to the location and it was extremely stressful. They were not very sympathetic and told me I had to return the car at the same location. Overall not a great experience

Cons:

The car I rented had 4 different service lights on the dashboard. When I asked them about it they said it was just the sensors. Their mechanic was even around to check. I looked at at the owner’s manual and some of the warnings were quite serious. Have some level of accountability and maintain the cars properly.

They were eficient but not specific friendly drop of easy but you need at least 1more staff to help them

Cons:

The cleanness of the car. They dont have a car wash . Is ok but it was to dirty.inside I belive they cleaned. But i cleaned anyway and it was dirt coming from the wheel.

I went to pick up my car that I booked a week in advance and upon arrival, Thrifty said there were no cars left and she was already closed. It was beyond rude and I will never rent with Thrifty again.

Cons:

The E-ZPass in the car didn’t work after I was told repeatedly that it would be available and I had to stop and pay tolls in cash. The car was also not very clean and only came with a half tank of gas which was inconvenient.

I liked that it was an SUV with ez pass

Cons:

Everything else, the car was filled with sand, it was given to me on little to no gas, I was unaware of the 30 min grace period on my reservation Causing me to rush to get the rental or lose my reservation, the location does not have any indication that it’s a thrifty location added with having hertz employees and signs.

Pros:

The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.

Cons:

Better cars with working equipment, cleaner cars especially during a pandemic, and gas up the cars before handing over.
