The free Prosecco in the room was a nice touch and glad to see that the bed was not two single beds pushed together. The guy in the front desk did recommend a great restaurant called Black Pepper.
The bedroom was way smaller then what the pictures let on. No Iron available from reception. When i asked for one i was told it burnt out a few weeks - asked did they ever think to replace it and got no response.
We got a free upgrade to a seaview room and complimentary prosecco. The place had quirky designs and it was very convenient as the ferry stopped right in front of the hotel! The breakfast had a wide spread of food including grilled vegetables, cake and sparkling wine.
the location is prime in Hvar and the view is great.
We had left a "please make up the room sign on the door" when we left around lunch time and upon return the room had not been made up. This kind of stuff can happen and when I called reception to ask if we could get the room made up, the staff were very unfriendly and started debating this ask with me. This place advertises itself as a prime hotel in Hvar, but I am afraid the service was not what I expected. The breakfast was mediocre and it did not meet my expectations for the price paid. The room was very small in comparison to other places we visited on our trip. I would probably not stay here again, as I am sure there are more affordable places with better service to be found on this wonderful island.
A fantastic location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a big selection of different options. A great spot to grab a drink and watch the world go by.
It would be great to have some rooms available as Share Twin options. With some of our group traveling as individuals it made the stay quite expensive as a single occupier.
The location was perfect right by the harbour Staff v friendly and accommodating and breakfast nice too
