Cabin Crew always friendly and helpful. Seating cramped - foul smelling from toilets, high risk of disease. Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience
When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.
It seems paying premium economy does not make difference with economy. No priority boarding, not worthy paying extra$$$ for premium economy.
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.
Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline
They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.
They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it
That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.
Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.
The accommodations are top-notch. The only negative was that both our initial flights were delayed, which caused us to miss one and almost miss the other. The staff immediately handled the missed flight and compensated us for the inconvenience.
Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."
I didn't like much about this flight. Almost no entertainment choices...and not available what was listed. Food not good.
Flight crew was ok but in terms of child-friendliness, no one beats KLM and even most US carriers are better. Economy class got smaller and smaller over the years but still better than AA or Delta. Food was pretty good and pre-boarding with our infant was available.
Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible
Online checking, bag drop, ground crew and flight crew excellent. Seats better and more comfortable that many others in Economy, still narrow for 9 plus hour flights, but you manage. Drink and meal service a bit sparse but adequate, return flight was a bit less attended. All in all, a good experience. Lufthansa never disappoints.
