The pool was also a highlight for several guests, especially families. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, as well as with the level of service, citing issues such as lack of daily housekeeping, unresponsive or unfriendly staff, and problems with check-in or room preparation. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like parking, others noted outdated facilities and maintenance issues.
