Cons:Very outdated. Needs to be updated.
Pros:the location of this hotel is superb with close access to all the parks and the town of Kanab is a really nice small town.
Cons:the building is dated. the floors on the 2nd level creak. a lot. how anyone slept underneath me while i walked to the bathroom is a mystery. the price is high for a hotel room, you can find a better deal in a different town.

Pros:Great breakfast, nuce rooms, friendly staff.
Cons:Ran out of cots so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor.
Pros:It was roomy & very comfortable . The breakfast was very good & had the best sausage I've had in a long time.
Cons:The floors were noisy because they were wood & when someone went out their door to their room it made a big noise when it shut.
Pros:Rec facilities were nice for the kids when the desert T-storms roll through.
Cons:The stupid sky light!! 5:30 AM wake up call whether you want it or not! Who puts a sky light in a motel room?
