Location was excellent. Facility was dirty, breakfast bar was poor ( food was just bad) Shower and toilet were stained and dirty, shower head was broken (fixture in the wall was broken) The sink fixture was loose from the vanity and should have been replaced. Door seal was bad. It was just an overall unpleasant stay. We will not book this hotel again. Too many other nice options in Lubbock.

Cons (-) A lot of noise from the construction. Only one door to get in and out way back by the pool. Breakfast needs a better attendant.
