Pros: WOW!! There is no other word in English to describe our stay. The facilities and location are superb. We were a quick drive from all the beauty that is southern Tuscany. A quick drive from Rome and we were in the heart of Maremma. A short trip from the agriturismo takes you to the Terme Saturnia and the Cascate di Mulino - truly unique experiences. What sets Agriturismo Quercia Rossa Rural House apart is the staff. When we arrived, Alessandro took the time to explain to us the area around the hotel, the amazing region that is Maremma, and things to do during our stay. His knowledge and advice were impeccable. Pros: From the moment we arrived at our destination we were thrilled! The location was idyllic, the view took my breath away and the facilities and staff were fantastic. Maria was a wonderful cook and I would heartily recommend eating at Quercia Rossa each evening where you are provided with a wonderful mouth watering selection of Tuscan dishes - the wine is also VERY palatable! Alessandro was a charming host and was always friendly and informative when you required any assistance to plan your days excursions without wasting time in an unfamiliar area. Overall I would say that this is one of my favourite places I have ever stayed and would recommend anyone who is considering going to book now! Pros: Looking over the sea beyond beautiful landscape, you can easily get away from the daily life. The staff were excellent and helpful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was extensive, fresh and delicious. We paid additionally for dinner, and it was delicious. The wine included was also phenomenal. The pool was also refreshingly cool, but it's very hot during the day with little shade by the pool. We also turned up a bit early before our indicated check in time, and the groundskeeper kindly let us in.
Cons: We ordered dinner on site and it was served buffet style. The food was very good, but if there are a lot of other guests, it can easily turn into a frenzy. Some people take large portions, leaving little or nothing for others. Come on time to dinner to make sure you get a taste of everything.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is great, Tuscany is beautiful!
Cons: After dinner, a staff member who had roasted chestnuts on a firepit offered them to all other (Italian) guests however ignored my partner and I - it was bizarre. Later (10pm) I asked for help with broken aircon (28oC in room), the same staff member had a look and said it didnt work and to open the window. I went to find him at the front desk and asked to change rooms but was told it wasn't possible. Then the same staff member came into the room again (uninvited at about 11.30pm) loudly talking on the phone and repeatedly turned the fuse on and off in the room (so it was going pitch black) trying to get aircon started. In the morning we could hear lots of furniture being dragged around / rearranged.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay in the country isolated but really close to cascate del mulino the natural hot springs only 4 minutes by car Ther is a restaurant in the hotel that opens from 19:30 but it is really good
Cons: I
6.7 Good
Pros: The views and the room was incredible.
Cons: The owner Junior is a nightmare because of him alone I would never return to this property nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. One evening after dinner my girlfriends and I came in through the lobby and he came out the back screaming at us saying that we were too loud, we are all healthcare professionals and a neurosurgeon was with us, we know how to conduct ourselves. When I asked him to lower his voice he got aggressive and came close to my personal space, so close his mouth was almost touching my nose. He made some racial slurs and was completely out of control almost like he was on some kind of drugs. I was completely taken back at this experience and it completely ruined the awesome vacation we were having prior to our encounter with junior. Upon complaining the next day to the front desk they mentioned to us he indeed was a hot head and they apologized for his behavior, but unfortunately he was the owner and there was nothing they could do. The other front desk staff were very professional and kind.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself
Cons: The wifi doesnt work in the room n the ac was not working either
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: The room was really small compared to other accomodation. The hotel has nothing great to offer you a guest. There is no bar. The service at the restuarant is bad and waiters dont even bother to attend to patrons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucca, the manager, met us on arrival. He was wonderful... extremely helpful in unloading our luggage, letting us know the schedule of our spa and dinner reservations, and getting us settled into our rooms. After a week and more of schlepping our own bags and planning every detail of our trip ourselves, Lucca and the STH was like an oasis of comfort and calm to us. Perfect.
Cons: Staying only one night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, view
Cons: Road to the property

Cons: Could do with a sign outside!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really cozy and comfortable place. Really professional, kind and helpful host. Strategic place to reach the Saturnia Terms and not so far from them. The place reflects expectations, cleanliness is nice, you can spend your time in the pool and even make barbecue. I recommend this place for further tourists.
Cons: Everything cool, nothing to argue.
5.4 Okay
Cons: The other guests were loud, rude and inconsiderate , late into evening / earlt hours of the morning. The breakfast was all cheap packet food and it cost us extra. The pool was dirty and unusable. The bed and pillows were very hard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was fantastic with beautiful views and seating
Cons: The wi fi did not work in the room at all and it was a dead zone for internet and phone in the room. There were no windows in the room so lights had to be on all the time
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great pool. Lovely people. Nice views. Parking. Very basic kitchen. It made my girlfriend feel romantic, guys ;)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained pool with a view. The location is beautiful. Marilena the owner and her children were friendly and helpful. There was a sweet cuddly kitten in the garden. The place was clean and quiet.
Cons: The shower with a curtain in one of the rooms. No shampoo provided, only shower gel. The entrance is on a bumpy road. There's no breakfast option or coffee machine.

Pros: Awesome pool awesome water
Cons: Loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This property is amazing in every way. The staff was very friendly checking us in and gave us a tour of the facility. There are elevators and parking, which is great if you have heavy suitcases and a car. Guests are encouraged to wear robes while walking around the hotel which really helps with the relaxed vibe! The food was delicious. Yummy breakfasts with eggs, omelettes, sausages, coffee, breads/pastries, etc. Lunch was very good too and the dinner-fabulous! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious with a shower and a tub. But the best thing is the warm pool and hot tubs. We spent three days soaking in the waters and it was absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend!!
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Stuff of the place is great. Spa is very very good. The thermal water just superb !!!. will love to return.
Cons: Nothing to report.. only small thing, the dinner is supper expensive with slow service. good quality but value to money is not so good.
5.8 Okay
Pros: location and source pool.
Cons: Mouldy and dirty bathroom also plumbing poor. Service staff not very helpful.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great nature around Welcoming staff
Cons: Restaurant service with too many mistakes during 1 dinner, considering the high price Bathroom not clean Sulphur smell in rooms is too strong, needs some odour insulation
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff Thermal Pool Thank you Chef for arranging the lighter & healthier amendments to the evening menu and to the excellent maitre d and sommelier. We had a really enjoyable meal.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel, room and spa was amazing! The restaurant service and food was absolutely delicious! The breakfast that is included was probably the best buffet breakfast selection I've seen. It was a really enjoyable experience but likely something I would only do once.
Cons: The location was a bit far and a challenge to get to. You need a vehicle. There is NOTHING else around and the natural spa is actually about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. :-( We went for one night and it was sufficient. Ironically enough, for a "natural" spa, they offer Botox???? lol I found several of the guests were there for "treatments".

Pros: The staff was very friendly and tended to our needs immediately. The room was very big and spacious and quite sweetly decorated. The breakfast was very nice and the location where the breakfast takes place was also very charming. The B&B is in the middle of the countryside so it was very relaxing and peaceful.
Cons: The water in the bathroom was hard to control (it was either freezing or boiling hot). The shower was a bit moldy in the corners which was an issue that I really hope they address. Also the rug in our room was dirty with lots of dog hair on it (not very nice especially since we didn’t come with a pet). The bed and bed linen was fresh and clean though.
