Pros (+) The staff were friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely!
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like was they had put a cash paid charge for someone else’s ‘snack’ And gave me the receipt. Thankfully the person paid in cash so I didn’t have to cancel the charge on my credit card. I just think they need a better system than the customer saying a room number (which was the wrong room number) with out providing proof of their actual room number. Proof should always be re...

Pros (+) Location to visit family and friends. The morning breakfast staff were very pleasant.
Cons (-) The carpet was absolutely disgusting! We were told since the hotel was in the process of some updates the carpet would be the last job to be completed. If that was the situation the hotel should at least clean the carpets. Our room was not serviced one day and we were placed in a handicapped room which we were told could not be changed since we booked through an online app.
