Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near highways and attractions, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the pool and hot tub being closed or not clean, substandard breakfast options, and issues with cleanliness such as ants, bugs, and lack of housekeeping. Opinions on bed comfort were mixed, with some guests finding them comfortable and others not. Overall, while the location and room size were positives, maintenance and cleanliness issues were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location to visit family and friends. The morning breakfast staff were very pleasant.
Cons (-) The carpet was absolutely disgusting! We were told since the hotel was in the process of some updates the carpet would be the last job to be completed. If that was the situation the hotel should at least clean the carpets. Our room was not serviced one day and we were placed in a handicapped room which we were told could not be changed since we booked through an online app.
