Pros (+) It is definitely well worth upgrading to Yarra River views as they are mesmerising! This former Hilton hotel has been renovate so it is much brighter and modern. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.
Cons (-) Dressing Gowns and Towels weren't very soft and felt well used!!

Pros (+) The beds were comfy. View was nice. Very pleasing stay
Cons (-) Such a big named hotel having no swimming pool, and then its never mentioned while booking,that we have to pay a deposit of 200$. So it should be mentioned and the money should be deposited maybe in fair amount of 24-48 hrous to the persons account . Other than that all good

Pros (+) The lobby had a great feel to it and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great view.
Cons (-) There was a bit of construction in the area but didn't affect our experience to much.

Cons (-) Internet was advertised as with price inclusion, however extra fees applied. Staff at "37" lacked hospitality training. Couldn't order a meal for an hour, was ignored so I went up to my room instead.
