Pros (+) The staff was awesome. They were all very helpful in every department of the hotel. Carlos especially was so helpful, he greeted us every day, helped us with our bags every time, so pleasant and smiley.
Pros (+) The rooms are very run down it doesnt look anything like the pictures but the staff was so nice and very friendly.
