Beautiful pools; comfortable
Hotel could have been more proactive about communicating restaurant closures. Would have been appreciated if take out from a few of the major on-site restaurants could have been arranged. Not the hotel’s fault that all eat-in restaurants closed — just a suggestion.

The property is an excellent location right on Miami Beach has plenty of pools and lounge chairs. The staff was excellent very big hotel has maybe five or six different hotel towers to stay in a big complex the first day Use the map to get around.
They charge you a service charge of 18% on everything you buy no matter what you buy. Plus they also charge you a service fee or resort fee of around 37 $38. And on top of that if you valet park your car it’s $48 a night

Overall, the hotel was good however there was a defective TV in her bathroom that would turn on several times in the middle of the night. They were also dead spiders on the ceiling in the bathroom that we complained about that were not cleaned off before or after we complained about it first morning.
Malfunctioning bathroom tv kept us up for 2 nights. I reported it to maintenance twice but nobody fixed it. Overall, the hotel was good however there was a defective TV in the bathroom that would turn on severally times in the middle of the night. They were also dead spiders on the ceiling in the bathroom that we complained about that were not cleaned off before or after we complained about it first and again in the evening.
