Lively vibe in the lobby. Great nightclub located inside the hotel. A lot of good restaurants. Very nice pools. Direct access to the beach.
They only changed towels once during the 3 days of staying. The staff start yelling and knocking at the door when it's time to clean. Not the best when you are trying to sleep and relax. When you tell them to come back in an hour, they forget. Prices a bit on the high side. A bottle of water was over $10. Not walking distance from the main South beach area.
All the different options to eat, lounge, and the accessibility to get around throughout Miami Beach was wonderful.
Rooms are slightly out-of-date, but still very lovely
Lots of partying late into the night that spilled over into hallway outside our room
Toilet didn’t work properly( but it has been repaired after complaint ) There are a lot of Hairs in the bathroom Very dirty windows from inside
