Don’t book this place through traveluro. We had so much trouble getting checked in. Their card was declined and it took a few calls to the customer service and emails to get checked in. I’m surprised we even got a room and as it stands I’m still expecting that I’ll be paying for the difference the hotel said the room cost vs what we paid. I left my son’s shoes at the one of restaurants. It seemed like they did not care because they were busy and were making too much money. They thought it was not worth to spend time to find the lost item. Other than that, it was great.

Seems overrated. Hot tub was broken, we got locked out of our room before checkout. Way too many kids and teens at this resort. However the facility was clean and well kept and had a variety of restaurants.
