Hotel Carmen

Pros: Breakfast was quite good. The room was very clean.

Cons: There is nothing happening around the hotel but public transport is just round the corner which takes you to the city centre.

Cons: WiFi transfer speed was extremely low

Pros: The staff was great and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Was a very hot day and stinking hot, room was like a sauna even though there was only a small fan. Report drain in shower not draining properly. Was not attended to in our 4days stay.

Pros: It was okay.Double room should have been more spaciuos.

Cons: Rooms small.Water heat/cold control was not so fast as expected.

Pros: Location is great - just 5 min walking from Herran station. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Cons: The bathroom door had a doggy door for venting purposes (no actual vent). You can hear everything outside... it's ok for one night but might become unconfortable for a longer stay.

Pros: The location and the breakfast.

Cons: I did not like the way I was treated in the restaurant when I went there for lunch. I had to wait for a while and the staff in the restaurant were not really nice.
