Cons (-) Expefia booked us for only one night when I had asked for two. I did not catch the error in my confirmation email. When I checked in the clerk mentioned checking out after only one night. I poibted out the error and the staff person said “No problem.” The bext day about 1:00 the hotel manager calked me to say our reservation had expired and that we had to cone get out things or make another reserv...

Pros (+) The service was superb! Diana was kind enough to offer a great place to take the kids for brunch, and always welcomed us by name. Serena greeted us with a smile and helped with a bag. Danny was also great.

Pros (+) Valet greeted us with a smile, never once complained about the excessively heavy bags he mounted onto his cart-5 in all. Gave us pointers on what to check out while we were in NY. Receptionist was amazing as well. We arrived very early and she was able to get us right into a room! The room was small but nicely decorated and very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
