Beautiful hotel- air conditioning didn’t work so we called and they quickly resolved. Room was located right outside a door to rooftop that was continuously open and left the hallway hot and humid.

Pros (+) Great location and luxury appeal.
Cons (-) Seems that the luxury only goes to the higher end rooms and more public places. The public bathroom in the hotel was 3 times more amazing than the one in our room.
