Don’t know what we liked because there is maintenance issues at the Oaks, and we got transferred to the Hilton

Pros (+) Nice view of falls. Room looked nice.
Cons (-) no hot water for hot tub. Drain was broken. Plastic nozzle fell off jet. Staff never followed up or fixed the problem

Pros (+) The views from our room of the Horseshoe Falls and nightly fireworks couldn't be better. The location is close to everything and within a short walk to restaurants and all the falls activities as well as Clifton Park. The room was clean, free coffee in the morning, and the staff was very helpful, kind, and professional.

Pros (+) Ok, very shady description! Overlooking the falls? That's a joke! You'll be overlooking a motel driveway that doesn't even have wifi. Very shady description, they make you believe you're getting a nice hotel room then put you in a motel next door yet charge you a hotel price.

Cons (-) It wasn't worth the money at all. The room was dark, felt dirty. There were stains on the pillows, and had to kill a couple of bugs. Bathroom was dingy and dirty feeling. The place was overall very tired looking.

Pros (+) View. Since there were no leaves on trees yet, the view of the falls was good.
Cons (-) No refrigerator in room, no microwave, additional fee for parking, then no room in hotel lot to park. Ice machines only on odd floors of hotel. Staff unresponsive to concerns. Tourist trap, nothing included, everything required an 'upgrade'. Obviously not looking for repeat business.

Pros (+) walking distance to city amenities and the Falls a plus. The view from the room was amazing. Entrance lovely.
Cons (-) The costs were exorbitant for off season, middle of the week. The room should have had a micro wave, fridge, luggage rack for that money. Parking fee was ridiculous ($25) and a surprise for an outdoor parking space. We were given someone else's parking card initially. Armchair seat cushion in room sagged.
