Pros (+) Location, short walk to the beach
Cons (-) Room 316 was awful. Overlooked leaking hvac system. Looked out the window to a view of a roof with empty beer cans and cigarette butts. Room was dirty found dirty plates and utensils throw behind the couch.

Pros (+) Buffet was great and the staff were attentive . Second year in a row for a winter valentines day get away . Nice to have a good seafood buffet onsite in the wintertime
